Dustin grew up without luxury, which is why he appreciates it so deeply today. That drive led him to serve in the United States Navy, where he learned honor, courage, commitment, and the value of doing the job right even when no one is watching. Those values continue to guide everything he does in business and in life.

After his military service, Dustin became a Certified Financial Coach through Ramsey Solutions, helping families eliminate debt, build equity, and gain control of their financial lives. Along the way, he developed a passion for luxury asset classes, especially watches. He founded The Rhejen Collection (named after his two sons) because he believes luxury should be both enjoyed and strategically leveraged as part of a bigger picture of wealth.

Today, as a REALTOR® with Coastal Roots Realty, Dustin brings all of that experience into helping people build their future through real estate. Whether it’s a first home using a VA loan, a move-up purchase, or an income-producing property, he’s focused on guiding clients toward long-term financial confidence. He doesn’t just want to help people buy or sell a house; he wants to help them build a life and a legacy they can be proud of.
