While our name is new, our commitment is not. The same trusted team that has provided top-tier property management through Coastal Roots will continue serving property owners and tenants across Camden County, now with an even sharper focus.

Over the years, Coastal Roots Realty has built a solid reputation for reliable and attentive property management, thanks in large part to the dedication and experience of our team. That same quality of service will now continue under Breakwater Property Management, led by two experienced professionals who have long been the backbone of our management services.


Meet the Leadership

Summer Josselyn, the Broker and Owner of Coastal Roots Realty, brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and local insight to Breakwater. As a licensed Real Estate Broker and longtime Camden County resident, Summer has managed over 200 real estate transactions annually, demonstrating the organizational skill, professionalism, and care that define effective property management. Her leadership ensures that Breakwater is built on a foundation of experience, trust, and attention to detail.


Michelle Donahue will continue to serve as your dedicated Property Manager. With over 12 years of experience in both residential and commercial property management, and deep roots in the Kingsland and St. Marys communities, Michelle is known for her commitment to excellence, personalized service, and strong relationships with trusted contractors and vendors. A licensed Real Estate Agent and proud military spouse, Michelle has been part of the Coastal Roots Realty team since the beginning and is now leading day-to-day operations at Breakwater with the same level of care our clients know and appreciate.
